The Great Gutshot Scam

Gutshot stake players, winners get 80% of their profits plus a % of the rake, around mid may they stopped paying, kept saying next week, tomorrow etc etc. Early July they sack me for no apparent reason despite being one of their bigger winners owing me €4k, they paid 1700 and said the rest would be paid within 15 working days, that came and went with them saying theyd pay me on the 1st August, didnt happen, so 4 of us that hadnt been paid - owed around 10k between us got legal advice, told to email gutshot saying they had till the end of the week to pay, after asking microgaming to look through a few of the accounts for collusion or whatever they eventually paid most of what was owed. Why they arent paying me the last €700 I dont know but they found a legal loophole to only have to pay the others 50% of profits instead of the 80% they shouldve been getting.

i was totall ****ed over by Gutshot,i had 2 holidays booked and paid for but had to cancel due to lack of payment.when oscar got dropped from them i thought i was gonna be dropped too shortly after,so taking in oscar's advice i decided to try and spin up as much loot as possible before getting sacked.every week i was staked $1,000 and with that i would split it into two $5/10 games before rolling it up and hopping into a $50/100....wen i hit X amount i'd just leave(yes i was hitting and running every week)it went extremely well for the last 4 weeks of the programme or so i thought

...i had turned $1,000 into just short of $18,500.which i was thinking happy days.after Gutshot take there 20% and you convert it to dollars i was getting in the region of €11,000....but of course the slippy ****er found a lil loop hole in the agreement were if i didnt hit a certain rake i would only get 50% of the profits therefore only paying €5,500 but he couldnt even do that.he only paid me €3,980..with an outstanding debt from the previous months of about €2,000 there is still no sign of this money what so ever.

So on that note i just want people to know just what knid of character Mr. K£lly is and take this into consideration for "if/when" his club ever opens around town.
